Yes,it would. I think it applies to everyone and everything. The more we stop someone from doing something, the more the curiosity in doing it increases, and the more temptation there will be to do it. Just like, in the case of a kite. When the wind is blowing too hard, it is practical advice to loosen the strings a little as the kite will tug harder. However, if this is not done, it will only lead to the string having too much tension, causing it to break away. And.. Based on my experience, I would have to say, I am a bull seeing red when someone tries to contain me in a box or bind me up with strings. =P
